Ultimate 37-piece sensor and actuator kit for DIY electronics. Includes a DHT11, relay, joystick, buzzers, and various light/motion sensors, all housed in a 160mm organiser case.
The ultimate toolkit for electronic exploration. The 37 pcs Sensor Starter Kit eliminates the frustration of sourcing individual components by providing every standard sensor a maker needs in one convenient package. Designed to be 100% plug-and-play, each component is soldered to a rigid PCB with clearly labelled 3-pin or 4-pin headers, ensuring easy connections with standard Dupont jumper wires without the need for a soldering iron.
Unmatched Versatility for IoT and Robotics. This kit bridges the gap between software and the physical world. It includes essential inputs like a dual-axis analogue joystick, a DHT11 temperature/humidity sensor, and an array of sound, light, and motion detectors. For output and control, it features a 5V mechanical relay module, active/passive buzzers, and a laser emitter module. Everything is organised inside a compact plastic case, complete with a handy visual reference guide inside the lid to help you identify each module at a glance.
Kit Model: 37-in-1 Sensor Starter Kit
Total Modules: 37 unique pieces
Operating Voltage: 3.3V to 5V DC (Module dependent)
Interface Types: Digital I/O, Analog (ADC), I2C/1-Wire
Header Pitch: Standard 2.54mm (0.1") spacing
Storage Box Dimensions: 160mm x 94mm x 40mm
Smart Home Prototyping: Combine the DHT11, light sensors, and the relay module to create a climate-responsive automated fan or lighting system.
Custom Game Controllers: Use the analog joystick and various push-button/tilt switches to build a custom USB gamepad.
Security Alarms: Utilize the laser emitter, photoresistor, and buzzer to design an optical tripwire security system.
Unlock New Capabilities (Project Evolution)
Sensor Fusion Upgrade: Don't just use one sensor; combine the microphone sound sensor and the IR obstacle sensor to program a robot that reacts differently to loud noises versus physical barriers.
Organization Upgrade: Rely on the included visual reference chart in the box lid to rapidly prototype—no more guessing which black PCB does what.

Package Includes:
37 x Individually Mounted Electronic Sensor/Actuator Modules (Highlights include: Joystick, 5V Relay, DHT11, Rotary Encoder, Laser Emitter, IR Receivers/Transmitters, Active/Passive Buzzers, Sound Sensors, Flame Sensor, Light Cup, RGB LEDs, etc.)
1 x Clear Plastic Storage Organizer (160mm x 94mm x 40mm)
1 x Module Identification Reference Guide (Inside Box Lid)

Do I need to solder anything? No, all 37 modules come pre-soldered with standard 2.54mm male header pins, ready for jumper wires.
Are these compatible with Arduino? Yes, this kit is perfectly suited for use with all Arduino boards (UNO, Mega, Nano).
Will this work with a Raspberry Pi? Yes, but ensure you operate the modules at 3.3V where possible, or use logic level converters, as the Pi's GPIO pins are not 5V tolerant.
What are the dimensions of the storage box? The box measures 160mm long, 94mm wide, and 40mm deep.
How do I tell the modules apart? The kit includes a printed reference chart inside the lid with images of all 37 components.
Does it include a temperature sensor? Yes, it includes the popular blue DHT11 Temperature and Humidity sensor.
Is there a relay to control high power? Yes, the kit includes a 5V Songle relay module for switching higher voltage loads.
Does the kit include jumper wires? No, you will need to supply your own Dupont wires (Female-to-Male usually works best) to connect them to a breadboard or MCU.
Are the outputs digital or analog? The kit contains a mix of both. For example, the joystick provides analog outputs, while the button modules provide digital high/low signals.
What is the brass-looking component? That is a laser emitter module, useful for creating optical tripwires or light pointers.
Are there any sound modules? Yes, it includes both an active buzzer (makes a tone when powered) and a passive buzzer (requires a PWM signal to play melodies), as well as microphone sound-detection sensors.
Is a microcontroller included? No, this is a sensor expansion kit. An Arduino, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi must be purchased separately.
What is the large black component with a knob? That is a dual-axis analog joystick module, identical to those found on console controllers.
Do they work with 3.3V logic (like an ESP32)? Most modules in this kit will function perfectly on 3.3V, making them highly compatible with the ESP32.
What do the red modules do? The red PCBs generally house specialized tracking sensors, sound sensors, and IR obstacle avoidance sensors.
Is there a distance sensor? It includes IR obstacle avoidance modules which can detect presence at short ranges, though it does not typically include an ultrasonic rangefinder.
What is the rotary knob module? It is a rotary encoder, which provides precise rotational tracking and usually includes a push-button feature.
Is this kit good for beginners? Absolutely; it is the most highly recommended kit for anyone looking to learn physical computing and coding.
Can I use these on a breadboard? Yes, the male pins can be plugged directly into a standard 830-point or 400-point breadboard.
Is there code provided? While no physical manual is included, the standard AE317 modules are universally supported, and you can find thousands of free tutorials and code examples online for each specific sensor.
