Claim & Refund Data. If you submit a warranty, damage, or return claim, we may collect unedited unboxing video or photo evidence you provide to support the claim.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register using social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "How Do We Handle Your Social Logins" below.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

• To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

6. Do we use Google Maps?

In Short: Yes, we use Google Maps for the purpose of providing better service.

This website, mobile application, or Facebook application uses Google Maps APIs. By using our Maps API implementation, you agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service.

7. How do we handle your social logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Where you choose to register via a third-party social media account, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider — often including your name, e-mail address, friends list, and profile picture. 8. How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

Account Information. Log into your account settings to review or update your information. Upon a request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account, though some information may be retained to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies; this could affect certain features of our Services.

Email marketing. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in our marketing emails, or by contacting us — service-related emails will still be sent.

12. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other automatic no-track mechanism.

16. AI Assistant & MCP integration

In Short: When you use our optional AI Assistant feature, limited account data is shared with the connected AI service to answer your queries.

Probots offers an optional AI Assistant feature that allows you to connect your account to third-party AI tools (such as Claude by Anthropic or Gemini by Google) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This feature is entirely optional and requires your explicit action to set up.

When you use this feature, the following data may be processed by the connected AI service: your name and email address (used to authenticate your connection); product search queries you make through the AI assistant; and product data from our catalogue (prices, stock status) returned in response to your queries.

We do not share your payment information, passwords, full order history, or any other sensitive personal data with AI tools. All data transmitted to the AI service is encrypted via HTTPS.

Your AI connection token is valid for 1 year. You can disconnect at any time by removing the Probots integration from your AI tool's settings. For questions about AI data handling, contact us at probots.co.in/contact.

How can you review, update, or delete the data we collect from you?

Based on the laws of some countries, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances.
