We strive to provide 100% satisfaction for all our buyers. If you wish to return an item for refund/replacement please follow ensure that -

1. Probots will be able to exchange an item only if the packaging is not broken or opened, and
2. The customer has informed us within 3 days of receiving the items

If the above 2 criteria is not matched, Probots is not liable to exchange, return or refund such items. Shipping charges to be paid by customers. Items to be returned in original unused and unopened packing only.
We urge customers to select products after checking the products specification in detail before ordering. 
Once the items are opened or used we will be unable to sell them another customer hence Probots is firm on not accepting such items back.

Why we practice a strict refund, return & exchange policies?

We are unable to provide 100% product warranty, returns, replacement & exchange as the electronic products we sell are used in experimentation, R&D & manufacturing projects. Since customers are always using products innovatively, we will be unable to protect damage to the product from reverse polarity, incorrect supply, wrong usage, etc. When products are reported as defective, we are also unable to determine the cause of the problem as either a manufacturing defect or improper usage by the customer. In manufacturing, customers integrate our products with multiple other products in a single system and we will be unable to troubleshoot the cause of failure. Hence, to avoid confusions, and misunderstanding we offer strict refund, return and exchange policies. 

How to report Missing Items? -
Send us a video/photo of of the package as soon as you receive it(within 3 days of purchase or courier delivery date). We will the check stock at our end, order packing videos and send you replacement if the product was not dispatched from our side.

How To Return An Item?

We do not provide any warranty on any of the products we sell but we can assure you that all products are tested for proper working before dispatch. We accept claims of defective products, damaged products only with 3 days of purchase or courier delivery date.

How long does processing returns take?
Processing returns may take upto 30 days irrespective of your shipping preference - standard, express, store pickup etc. We test the products to verify the claim and may also send the product back to the factory for service/repair before processing the claim. We will be unable to process any return on priority even if you have selected an express shipping option or store pickup.

How to test products without modifying them?
We understand that some of the products we sell may require soldering & connection to external systems to determine if they are working. To ensure they can be returned or exchanged, customers are to test the modules using test pins, jumper connections without modifying the boards (soldering connections, wires, making changes to hardware, etc). Products are to be tested in isolated conditions without connecting 3rd party sensors, controllers, systems, etc. You may contact us on [email protected] if you wish to test a product without modifying it and we will help you with the detailed test produces to follow. Once our products are used by soldering, or by powering with external controllers, sensors, etc we will be unable to provide any return, replacement or refund.

How can customers trust our products with no warranty, exchange, returns, and refunds?

• All our products come tested multiple times for proper working
• Probots only sources components from reputed factories with strict quality control
• We offer demo of any products that you are purchasing in our store. We encourage customers to request us to demo products for proper working before purchase (contact us by mail to book an appointment. We will requrie time to setup a test environment with hardware connections & programming if any).
• We offer a 3 day return policy of unused products as per this return policy

If you wish to return any item back to us, your item must be in its original unused condition. If you wish to return an item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the product and we will help you return the product for replacement/repair.

• Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original tax invoice. 
• We will refund the complete amount you have paid for the item(excluding any shipping charges) through the same mode in which you made the payment for the order. We require 1-3 days to process refunds. Refunds will be credited to your account in 2-7 days.

Note:
1) We accept only unopened and unused items in their original packing for returns.
2) Shipping charges and other expenses incurred to return the item will not be refunded.
3) If item is sent for replacement, re-shipping charge is to be provided by the customer
