This 4240 laser CNC is designed with high-quality rugged materials and has a larger engraving area of 420mm *400 mm with an adjustable z-axis to adjust the Laser Module, and also kit Includes a Honeycomb Plate for desktop protection, an Adjustable Y axis 360° Rotary roller This laser rotary roller, helps you to do 360° engravings on cylindrical objects like can, bottle, tumbler, pen, etc. It features an upgraded NEMA 17 34mm stepper motor and is made of corrosion-proof iron and aluminum. The machine provides a Bluetooth interface with app control, USB interface, and GRBL Control. You can work on multiple materials like wood, acrylic, MDF, PCB, Leather, Stone, Paper, Shell, etc.

High power laser for Engraving and Cutting comes with a LASER Light power of 20 Watts and a wavelength of 450nm with 5W optical Power.

The wattage of a laser cutter also determines the types of materials that can be cut and their thicknesses. Here’s a general guideline for selecting the right power level for different materials:

5.5-40 watts: Suitable for paper, thin plastic, and light fabrics
40-60 watts: Works well for wood, acrylic, glass, and other medium-density materials
60-120 watts: Can handle metal, thick plastics, and dense materials
120 watts and above Ideal for heavy-duty cutting, such as cutting through thick or hard metals

Precautions:

• Because of the powerful laser power, it is forbidden to run the engraving machine without being supervised. Pause it if you're not around.
• For detailed machine instructions, please refer to the manual for parameter settings.
• When operating the laser engraving machine, please install the laser protective cover please wear laser goggles during usage, and avoid touching the laser directly with your eyes and skin
• Please avoid a strong impact on the machine.
• It is forbidden for children under 14 years old to use this product, and children over 14 years old need adult supervision.
• Do not apply the laser directly to any specular reflection object, which may cause injury to the operator or burn the laser. To engrave on glass, please stick glass-colored paper before engraving.
