Expansive Optics and Compact Form Factor This specific module features a 130-degree Field of View (FOV). This wide-angle perspective allows you to monitor entire rooms or broad outdoor landscapes from a single fixed vantage point, though it will introduce some natural barrel distortion (a slight fisheye effect) at the extreme edges. The lens barrel protrudes approximately 14.00mm from the board, and the module thoughtfully includes a custom-fit black protective lens cap to prevent scratches during transport. The camera PCB remains incredibly compact, measuring just 25.00mm by 24.00mm, and includes four pre-drilled mounting holes for easy installation into custom enclosures.
Simple Hardware Integration The camera board features a standard 15-pin MIPI CSI-2 connector located at the bottom edge. This allows it to communicate rapidly with the host microcontroller via dedicated differential data lanes and I2C control lines. While natively plug-and-play with the Raspberry Pi 4B and 3B series using standard cables, it is fully compatible with the new Raspberry Pi 5 and Pi Zero families simply by swapping to a standard 15-pin to 22-pin adapter cable.

What is the maximum resolution of this camera? It features an 8 Megapixel sensor, capable of capturing still images at a maximum resolution of 3280 x 2464 pixels.
Which sensor does it use? It uses the highly acclaimed Sony IMX219 CMOS image sensor.
Is this compatible with the Raspberry Pi 5? Yes, it is fully compatible with the Raspberry Pi 5. However, because the Pi 5 uses a smaller 22-pin CSI port, you will need a 15-pin to 22-pin adapter cable to connect it.
What does "130° FOV" mean? FOV stands for Field of View. A 130-degree angle provides a "wide-angle" perspective, allowing the camera to see much more of the scene horizontally and vertically than a standard lens.
Does a 130-degree lens cause distortion? Yes, because it is a wide-angle lens, it will introduce some barrel distortion (a slight "fisheye" effect) towards the edges of the image. This can be corrected via software if necessary.
What is the black plastic circle included in the photo? That is a protective lens cap. It slides over the lens barrel to protect the glass from scratches and dust when the camera is not in use.

Ordered a couple of times, Bad Experience. They charge premium delivery fee but delivery will not happen on time(every time). And the resopnce after sales on the issues such as delivery is slow and not friendly. If you can take the delivery at your own risk, and liesure you can order.

One key area that needs attention is training employees on how to deal with customers professionally and respectfully. No business starts with bulk orders—every relationship begins small and grows with trust. I had some plans to collaborate when I visited your facility, but unfortunately, due to the way I was treated, I decided not to proceed with any future business plans. I believe this is not a reflection of the owner, but rather an issue with employee conduct. Proper training and customer handling can significantly improve business growth and reputation.
