This YIHUA 993D M is an Intelligent Soldering rework station with a hot air gun featuring intelligent three memories presets CH1, CH2, and CH3 to store the temperature and air-flow parameters settings for quick access according to IC type. It also features Touch interface buttons with a Large display for visualization and control of the parameters. It includes a smart button on the hot air gun handle to change the mode to hot, cool, and standby mode when not working which extends the service life of the heating element and the handle. Suitable for soldering and de-soldering SMD BGA components and also features fast heat-up, constant temperature with stability. It also features a PID temperature control system. Widely used for soldering and de-soldering SMD components such as SOICs, ICs, QFPs, PLCCs, and BGAs, but can also be used for any production application requiring controlled hot air such as heat shrinking, lacquer removal, and preheating.

Features

  • The lead-free BGA rework station is designed with a touch screen, making it stylish and convenient to use.
  • Features 3 working channels (channel 1, channel 2, and channel 3). The parameters such as working temperature and air flow of each channel can be set according to the actual application. All parameters can be stored for future use.
  • Fahrenheit/Celsius display can be easily switched and digital temperature calibration ensures constant temperature when using the soldering station.
  • Designed with a closed loop sensor, the BGA rework station realizes no-touch temperature control by microcomputer, allowing for convenient and precise temperature adjustment.
  • A brushless vortex blower is adopted, offering large airflow.
  • Temperature adjustable button on the air gun handle. You can set cool air, Stand by, or hot air by this button.
  • The automatic cold air function extends the service life of the heating element and the handle.

  • The hot air gun soldering station is suitable for rework and desoldering applications on SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA components, and more.
  • It's widely used for heat shrinking, paint drying, adhesive removal, de-frosting, preheating, and sterilizing purposes.
  • The soldering station also fits for applications where different air volumes and thermal requirements are needed.
