FrSky XM Plus Mini RC 16 Channel Full-Range Receiver with SBUS for RC Car Drone ₹3,149.00 The Daily Driver for RC Cars. If you drive 1/10 scale RC cars, buggies, or crawlers, the Deans T-Plug is likely your go-to connector. This Deans T-Plug Male to 4.0mm Banana Plug Charge Lead is designed to replace stiff, cheap stock cables with high-quality 16AWG Silicone Wire. It offers the perfect balance of durability and flexibility for charging standard 3000mAh to 5000mAh NiMH or LiPo packs.
Quality Advantage: Flexible & Reliable
Probots™ Secure-Transit : We verify the T-Plug spring tension. A loose T-Plug can cause resistance and heat; ours are selected for a snug, secure fit.
True Silicone Flexibility: Stop wrestling with stiff PVC cables that knock things off your desk. Our 16AWG silicone wire is soft, pliable, and easy to coil into your field bag.
Probots™ Logic-Safe : Rated for 12A Continuous Charge Current, which is more than double the typical 5A charge rate of a standard RC car battery.
Charger Connector: 4.0mm Male Banana Plugs (Gold Plated)
Battery Connector: Deans T-Plug Male (Plugs into Battery)
Wire Gauge: 16AWG (Standard Duty)
Wire Length: 18 cm
Insulation: Soft Silicone (200°C Rated)
Max Charge Current: 12A Continuous
Conductor: Tinned Copper
Compatibility: IMAX B6, B6AC, and most RC Car chargers.
RC Crawlers: Charging 2S/3S LiPo packs for Axial, Traxxas (legacy), and Redcat models.
RC Buggies: Perfect for 1/10 and 1/12 scale bashing batteries.
Airsoft Batteries: Many airsoft LiPos use Deans/Mini-Deans; this fits standard Deans perfectly.
Prerequisites: You have an RC Car battery with a Deans connector.
Feature Upgrade: A dedicated silicone charge lead is safer and easier to use than multi-plug "octopus" cables that can short out against each other.
Effort Level: Plug & Play.
⚠️ Connection Order: Charger First (Banana Plugs) -> Then Battery (T-Plug).
Gender Check: This cable has a Male T-Plug (exposed metal prongs) to fit the Female battery connector.
Polarity: Red Banana = Positive (+), Black Banana = Negative (-).
What's Included:
1 x Deans T-Plug Male to 4.0mm Banana Plug Charge Lead (18cm - 16AWG)
Required Alternatives:
For High Current: If you are fast-charging large 4S/6S packs at >15A, please upgrade to our 14AWG version.
Will this fit my Traxxas Slash? Only if it uses the older red connector or you have a Deans adapter. New Traxxas IDs are different.
Is 16AWG safe for 5000mAh batteries? Yes, if charging at 1C (5A). The wire handles 12A easily.
Why is the T-Plug called Male? Because the metal contacts stick out, even though the plastic housing fits inside the battery.
Can I use this for NiMH batteries? Yes, absolutely. Just make sure your charger is in NiMH mode.
Is the wire silicone? Yes, soft 16AWG silicone.
Does it fit the IMAX B6AC? Yes.
What is the max current? 12 Amps continuous charging.
Is the length exactly 18cm? Approx 18cm.
Can I use this for discharge? Yes, standard discharge rates are fine.
Is the T-Plug slippery? Standard T-Plugs can be smooth; grip the housing, not the wires, when unplugging.
Is the banana plug standard 4mm? Yes.
Can I use this for LiHV? Yes.
Is it waterproof? No.
Does it have a fuse? No.
Can I use this for my e-bike? If the charge port is Deans and current is <10A, yes.
Why is Deans so hard to unplug? It has high spring tension for good contact. Wiggle gently to remove.
Is the soldering reliable? Yes, Probots QC verified.
Can I use this to power a motor? Only small motors (<12A). For driving the car, use thicker wire.
What if I reverse polarity? The T-Plug is keyed, but be careful with the banana plugs!
Is the wire copper? Yes, Tinned Copper.
