• Identify Your Door: Stand on the inside (secure side). If you PULL the door to open it, you NEED this bracket. If you PUSH the door, you do NOT need it.

• Assembly: The "Z" bracket comes as separate plates. You must bolt them together to form the Z-shape. This adjustable design lets you change the bracket length to match your specific door thickness.

• Drilling: Installation requires drilling into the door frame and door leaf. Measure twice, drill once!

1. Will this fit a 280kg (600lb) lock?

   • NO. It is too small. The screw holes will not line up. You need the "280ZL" bracket for that.

2. Does this include the lock?

   • No, this is only the aluminium brackets. The magnetic lock is sold separately.

3. Can I use this on a wooden door?

   • Yes, it works perfectly on wooden and metal doors.

4. Do I need this for an Out-Swing door?

   • No. For out-swing doors, the lock mounts directly to the frame.

5. Is it adjustable?

   • Yes, the Z-bracket section is adjustable to accommodate different door thicknesses.

6. Can I use this on a glass door?

   • No. Glass doors require "U-Brackets". This requires drilling screws into the door.

7. What material is it?
