• ⚠️ PREVENTING CLOGS:

  • Hot Clean: Always use the included metal cleaning pin to clear the nozzle immediately after use while it is still hot. If solder cools inside the narrow tube, it will be very hard to drill out.

  • Empty Often: Don't let the waste chamber get too full. Empty it every 10-15 joints to maintain strong suction.

• ⚠️ USAGE TECHNIQUE:

  • 1. Push the black plunger down until it locks.

  • 2. Place the hot nozzle over the leg of the component.

  • 3. Wait 1-2 seconds for the solder to melt (you'll feel the leg loosen).

  • 4. Press the yellow button to release the vacuum.

• ⚠️ NOZZLE WEAR:

  • The tip is consumable. If it becomes jagged or won't tin, replace it to ensure good thermal transfer.
