This is a low cost entry level CNC Driver Board. It works along with MACH3 desktop software to control your CNC Hardware. It supports basic 5 Axis control. Communicates over Parallel Port to a desktop/laptop to control your CNC. With this 5 axis CNC Controller board, any 1-5 single axis stepper driver controller can be controlled by a PC via the MACH3, EMC2, KCAM4, etc.

The board is designed with high quality isolation circuits between the PC and CNC Hardware. This lets you confidently use the board to control your CNC without risking damage to the PC.

The board can provide upto 5 digital signal input and also supports spindle control.

Features:

  • Support for 5-axis connection, which can drive four stepper motors units or servo drives. Compatible with a wide range of stepper motor drives like TB6560, TB6600, M542, M542H, MA860H, 2M542, 2M982, DM542(A), DM860(A), etc
  • The maximum pulse frequency is 100KHz, which is suitable for high quality and precise motor control
  • 5-input interface to define the Limit, Emergence-Stop, Cutter alignment, etc. Wide input voltage range: 12-24V, and with anti-reverse function.
  • Supports emergency stop input
  • Supports limit switch access
  • Support spindle control (PWM mode and relay mode)
  • You need to use an external 12-24V DC power supply to isolate the USB and external power. External power supply input: 12-24V. Designed with anti-polarity connection function. 
  • It has a 0-10V output port, you can use mach3 software to control the spindle motor speed
  • 1 x onboard relay to control the spindle motor or the air pump, water pump, etc.
  • 1 x 0-10V analog voltage output pin can be used for control of spindle speed
  • 1 Status LED, indicates connection status on the board

  • Designed to be better compatible with various hardware and software environments (supports latest Windows).

  • Provides up to 5 digital signal inputs
  • Cable length:Approx.130 cm
