The Ultimate Multi-Rotor Standard (1000KV) If you are building a standard 450mm "Four Axis" quadcopter or a custom foam-board airplane, the A2212 KV1000 is universally recognized as the perfect starting point. The 1000KV rating means the motor is designed to spin at 1000 Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) for every volt applied to it (unloaded). This specific KV strikes the sweet spot: it provides enough torque to swing a large 10-inch propeller on a 3S battery for heavy lifting, while also spinning fast enough to run an 8-inch propeller on a 4S battery for high-speed sport flying.
Plug-and-Play Convenience Soldering tiny bullet connectors onto phase wires is often the most frustrating bottleneck when building a multi-rotor from scratch. This specific motor bypasses that step entirely. It arrives from the factory with the three phase wires pre-welded with high-quality 3.5mm male banana heads (bullet connectors), neatly finished with heat shrink tubing. You can simply plug these directly into your Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) and immediately begin configuring your flight controller.
Complete Mounting Hardware Included This motor comes bundled with all the necessary hardware to mount it to your airframe:
Aluminum X-Mount: A sturdy, lightweight cross-bracket that bolts directly to the bottom of the motor, providing a wider footprint to securely attach the motor to your drone arm or airplane firewall.
Mounting Screws: Four countersunk machine screws are provided to attach the X-mount to the motor base flushly.
Collet Propeller Adapter: The included silver bullet-shaped adapter slides cleanly over the bare motor shaft. As you tighten the top nut against your propeller, the base compresses, biting firmly onto the smooth shaft to securely hold your propeller in place.

What does "KV1000" mean? KV stands for "Velocity Constant." It means the motor will attempt to spin at 1000 RPM for every 1 volt of electricity applied to it (when no propeller is attached).
Is this motor brushed or brushless? This is a 3-phase brushless outrunner motor, which is significantly more efficient, powerful, and durable than older brushed motors.
What are the gold connectors on the ends of the wires? They are factory pre-welded 3.5mm male banana plugs (also commonly known as bullet connectors).
Do I need to solder anything to use this motor? No! Because the 3.5mm connectors are already installed, you can plug them directly into an ESC that features matching female 3.5mm plugs.
What size Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) do I need? A standard 20A to 30A brushless ESC is the perfect pairing for an A2212 1000KV motor.
Can I connect this motor directly to my battery? Absolutely not. Brushless motors require a specialized Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) to rapidly pulse power to the three wires in a specific sequence. A direct DC battery connection will instantly melt the internal coils.
What is the cross-shaped metal piece used for? That is the aluminum X-mount. It bolts to the bottom of the motor to give you a wider, easier mounting footprint for attaching it to drone arms or a wooden airplane firewall.
What are the four small screws for? They are countersunk machine screws utilized specifically to attach the aluminum X-mount tightly to the base of the motor.
What is the silver bullet-shaped part? That is a collet-style propeller adapter. It grips the bare motor shaft and provides a threaded post and nut to securely bolt down your propeller.
What size battery should I use? This motor is highly optimized for 3S (11.1V) LiPo batteries, though it can also be run efficiently on 2S (7.4V) or carefully on 4S (14.8V) if paired with a much smaller propeller.
What size propeller is best for this 1000KV motor? When running a 3S LiPo battery, a 1045 (10x4.5) or 9050 (9x5) propeller provides the best balance of thrust and efficiency without overheating the motor coils.
How do I reverse the direction the motor spins? Simply unplug any two of the three banana plug wires connecting the motor to the ESC, and swap their positions. This immediately reverses the electrical phasing and makes the motor spin the opposite way.
Does "Four Axis" mean it is only for quadcopters? "Four Axis" is a translated term for quadcopter, indicating it's popular for drones, but this motor is equally excellent for single-motor RC airplanes and flying wings.
What does the "A2212" designation mean? It is an industry-standard size class. It generally refers to the internal stator dimensions of the motor (22mm diameter, 12mm height).
Is a propeller included in this package? No, the package only includes the motor, the X-mount, the mounting screws, and the prop adapter. Propellers must be purchased separately based on your specific build.
Is this motor waterproof? No. The copper coils inside the golden bell are exposed to the air for essential cooling. Submerging it in water while powered will cause a short circuit and destroy the motor.
How does the prop adapter stay on the smooth motor shaft? It relies on a collet design. The base of the adapter is split; as you tighten the top nut down against the propeller, it forces the split base to squeeze immensely tight onto the smooth motor shaft.
Why are there three wires instead of just a positive and negative? Brushless motors operate using 3-phase AC power generated dynamically by the ESC, requiring three distinct electrical connections to alternate the electromagnets inside the bell and create rotation.
What is an "outrunner" motor? It means the outer golden bell (which houses the permanent magnets) spins entirely around the stationary internal copper coils, as opposed to an "inrunner" where the inside shaft spins while the outer case remains still.
Can I use this motor to upgrade my RC car? Generally, no. Outrunner motors are designed specifically for aircraft where they receive constant, massive cooling airflow from a propeller. Putting an outrunner inside an enclosed RC car chassis will likely cause it to overheat very quickly.

Ordered a couple of times, Bad Experience. They charge premium delivery fee but delivery will not happen on time(every time). And the resopnce after sales on the issues such as delivery is slow and not friendly. If you can take the delivery at your own risk, and liesure you can order.

One key area that needs attention is training employees on how to deal with customers professionally and respectfully. No business starts with bulk orders—every relationship begins small and grows with trust. I had some plans to collaborate when I visited your facility, but unfortunately, due to the way I was treated, I decided not to proceed with any future business plans. I believe this is not a reflection of the owner, but rather an issue with employee conduct. Proper training and customer handling can significantly improve business growth and reputation.
