These Worm gear motors are combined with a worm gearbox and DC motor. In this type of gear reduction the motion is transferred between two shafts that are neither intersecting nor parallel and the gearbox reduces the speed of the motor while increasing the torque output. This can be beneficial in applications where high speeds are not required. It Features a High torque transmission with a compact design & Self-locking ability. These motors are often used in the manufacturing and packaging industries, such as in packaging equipment, small machinery, and conveyors

This  6280  is a 24V DC worm gear motor with a D-type shaft and is designed with the common mounting block which makes replacing a worn or broken motor an easy swap over. They are quite powerful for their small size and extremely reliable, It has an output of 100RPM with a high torque of 35kg-cm. This motor has magnetic induction for installing a magnetic Hoare encoder (hall sensor) to measure speed, to achieve automatic control and also features resistance to high temperatures, low noise, high reliability, easy maintenance, etc. & it’s the most commonly used motor for DIY projects, Rolling Shutter, Wiper, e-cars, Ebikes, quads, etc.

Features:

  • This type is a miniature Worm Gear DC Motor, reversible, variable, self-lock.
  • This gear reduction motor is a geared DC motor with a miniature worm gear, and the motor rotation needs to be changed by changing the wiring
  • With self-locking, the output shaft can't rotate within a certain force when switched off.
  • The gearbox output shaft and motor shaft are 90 degrees, it's widely used on various occasions that require special installation size.
  • The  motor is resistant to high temperatures, and high wear resistance,
