We are into electronics & mechanical projects in this connection we had contacted probots & we visited them , To our pleasant surprise , their presentation with us was friendly wrapped with professional support , which helped us to choose better , this interaction was patient & excellent .with all confidence i shall promote them to my known sources looking for components . Pls maintain this attitude towards customer this shall take your organization to heights

Ordered a couple of times, Bad Experience. They charge premium delivery fee but delivery will not happen on time(every time). And the resopnce after sales on the issues such as delivery is slow and not friendly. If you can take the delivery at your own risk, and liesure you can order.
I would like to share a suggestion based on my recent experience. I am also running a private limited company and understand how important customer relationships are. One key area that needs attention is training employees on how to deal with customers professionally and respectfully. No business starts with bulk orders—every relationship begins small and grows with trust. I had some plans to collaborate when I visited your facility, but unfortunately, due to the way I was treated, I decided not to proceed with any future business plans. I believe this is not a reflection of the owner, but rather an issue with employee conduct. Proper training and customer handling can significantly improve business growth and reputation. As I do not have a direct contact, I am sharing this feedback here. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to contact me. Our recent bill was under the name Electro Instruments.
Fast Delivery, Accurate information, Quick resolution, most important acceptance & accountability and willingness to help.
Friendly staff but Too costly, price is 2x as compared to SP road.
The products were at reasonable cost and the service and care provider by the whole team to deliver it safe was really awesome I initially didn't receive the delivery but it was my fault it was with security Though they did their job right .they cared to make sure I got my order The team which delivered the products to me was really kind and did their job well
