What size hole do I need to drill? Use a 0.9mm or 1.0mm precision drill bit.
How do I install them? Insert the rivet into the hole and use a flaring punch (or small center punch) to roll the hollow end over the PCB surface.
Is soldering required? It is highly recommended to solder both sides of the rivet to the copper pads for maximum electrical reliability.
Will these fit through a 1.6mm thick PCB? Yes, the 2.5mm length leaves about 0.9mm of material to flare over a standard 1.6mm board.

Ordered a couple of times, Bad Experience. They charge premium delivery fee but delivery will not happen on time(every time). And the resopnce after sales on the issues such as delivery is slow and not friendly. If you can take the delivery at your own risk, and liesure you can order.

One key area that needs attention is training employees on how to deal with customers professionally and respectfully. No business starts with bulk orders—every relationship begins small and grows with trust. I had some plans to collaborate when I visited your facility, but unfortunately, due to the way I was treated, I decided not to proceed with any future business plans. I believe this is not a reflection of the owner, but rather an issue with employee conduct. Proper training and customer handling can significantly improve business growth and reputation.
