The Espressif ESP32-H2-MINI-1-N4 completely eliminates this engineering friction by stripping away the power and trace overhead of Wi-Fi entirely, focusing its on-chip hardware radio exclusively on ultra-low-power IEEE 802.15.4 and Bluetooth 5 (LE) mesh fabrics. Measuring an incredibly compact 13.2mm x 16.6mm, this miniature surface-mount System-in-Package (SiP) module enables hardware designers to build highly responsive, secure Zigbee 3.0, Thread 1.3, and Matter endpoints directly into high-density applications without expanding board dimensions.

Underneath the rugged integrated metal RF shielding enclosure, the module is powered by an efficient 32-bit RISC-V single-core microprocessor running up to 96 MHz, coupled with 320 KB of internal SRAM, 128 KB of ROM, 4 KB of low-power retention SRAM for maintaining system variables during sleep states, and a built-in 4 MB on-chip SPI flash partition (N4 configuration) to handle modern multi-network firmware stacks.
