Promax Thermocouple Transmitter is an Industrial-grade signal conditioning module. Mainly used to convert the PT100 RTD signal into standard DC 4-20mA for PLC or other controlling systems.
Promax Temperature Transmitter is an Industrial-grade signal conditioning module with a 2-wire 4-20mA output. It accepts RTD PT100, a range of -50-200 degree input signal, and accurately converts its input into 4-20mA output. These transmitter mounts in international standard head-mounted for easy integration with various sensors.
Tired of electrical noise ruining your temperature data over long cable runs
When you are monitoring critical industrial processes, standard I2C, SPI, or analog voltage sensors simply cannot survive the electromagnetic interference (EMI) of a factory floor. Motors turning on, VFDs ramping up, and high-voltage contactors switching will introduce massive spikes into standard 3.3V or 5V sensor lines, rendering your microcontroller's ADC data useless.
The Current Loop Solution The Promax PT100 RTD to 4-20mA Temperature Transmitter bridges the gap between precision sensing and industrial automation. By converting the delicate resistance changes of a standard PT100 probe into a robust 4-20mA current loop, the signal becomes practically immune to electrical noise. Because current remains constant throughout a series circuit, you can run twisted-pair sensor cables for hundreds of meters without the voltage-drop degradation that plagues standard hobbyist sensors.
