Details

This controller includes a relay that will turn on and off based on a temperature set point. The relay can be used to control loads like heaters, coolers, pumps, etc. The set points can be programmed onboard using the display and keypad. Multiple modes can be used like turning on relay after setpoint, below setpoint, between specific temperature range, etc.

It comes with easy to install panel mounting. Can be directely mounted in industrial panel cutouts.

Operating Instructions:

Connect the Digital Temperature controller with the power supply and equipment to be controlled. Press the SET key once, and the display screen temperature flashes. Press+- to set the required temperature (press and hold+1 to quickly rise and fall). After the setting is completed, press SET to confirm and return. The output of the temperature controller is a Common and No with the rating of 20A relay, to meet various high-power loads operation connect through the suitable contactors.

Indicator light: flashing indicates the delay of refrigeration or heating startup, and constant light indicates that the relay is closed
Digital tube: LL indicates an open circuit of the sensor, please connect the sensor according to instructions; The temperature controller will forcibly disconnect the relay if HH is out of the measuring range
Display --- high-temperature alarm
Press and hold SET for 5 seconds to enter the main menu setting, and press+- to switch PO... P6, press and hold SET for 10 seconds, and the controller will automatically confirm and return without key action.

P1: Return difference setting
P2: Maximum temperature setting an upper limit
P3: Minimum temperature setting a lower limit
P4: Temperature correction
P5: Delay start time (unit: minute)
