SAFETY WARNING: This device operates at lethal 240V/415V AC levels. Ensure the main isolator is locked out before installation. For a standard 3-phase 4-wire setup, connect your phases to L1, L2, and L3, and crucially, connect the system neutral to the 'N' terminal. The 2 C/O output contacts (Terminals 15-18 and 25-28) should be wired in series with your contactor's coil circuit. If the relay detects a phase sequence error (wrong rotation), the Red LED will light up, and the output will remain open, preventing the motor from running in reverse.
