This BLD-750 BLDC motor drive is a high-performance, cost-effective 3phase BLDC motor drive, which can provide power output Max 750VA. Widely used in industrial applications, automation, etc...
Industrial-grade motion control for high-wattage brushless systems. The BLD-750 is a sophisticated motor driver engineered for stability and performance in factory environments. It operates on a wide input voltage range from +18V to +50V DC, making it compatible with various battery and industrial power configurations while providing the current capacity necessary to drive motors up to 750W.
Advanced Analytical and Safety Features The driver is housed in a heavy-duty black aluminum extruded heat sink, ensuring efficient heat dissipation during continuous high-load operations. It supports both open-loop and closed-loop control modes (selectable via onboard DIP switches), allowing for precise speed regulation regardless of load changes. For simplified setup, it includes an onboard speed tuning knob and a dedicated Peak Power adjustment pot to fine-tune torque response.
Note: RS232 Communication Interface CP-in (Ethernet Pin) is Undocumented and unfunctional.

Features:
Specifications:
Applications: Desktop CNC, XY tables, Laser cutters, industrial applications, automation, etc...
Package Includes:
What is the maximum voltage I can use? The driver is rated for up to 50V DC. Using a higher voltage may damage internal components.
Does it require a Hall sensor? Yes, this driver is designed for brushless motors with Hall effect sensors to manage timing and speed.
How do I switch between open and closed-loop control? Use the onboard SW1 DIP switch (ON for Closed-Loop, OFF for Open-Loop).
Can I control the speed with an external signal? Yes, you can use a 0-5V analog signal connected to the SV terminal.
What is the "RV" knob for? It is an onboard potentiometer used for local speed adjustment.
Does it have a brake function? Yes, the BRK terminal allows for quick deceleration and stopping of the motor.
What do the status LEDs indicate? The RUN/ALM lights show if the motor is operating normally or if a protection fault (alarm) has been triggered.
Can it reverse the motor direction? Yes, the F/R terminal allows you to toggle between clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation.
What is the maximum power rating? It is designed to handle continuous loads up to 750W.
How do I adjust the peak power? Use the small P-sv Tune potentiometer to set the maximum current limit for your specific motor.
What is the "EN" terminal? This is the Enable pin; it must be connected to COM (or signaled) to allow the motor to run.
Is it suitable for 24V systems? Absolutely; the 18V-50V range is perfect for standard 24V or 48V industrial systems.
Why is the heat sink so large? High-power drivers generate significant heat; the aluminum extrusion ensures the unit stays cool during long industrial shifts.
What are HU, HV, and HW? These are the inputs for the three Hall sensors coming from your brushless motor.
Does it include a cooling fan? The unit is passively cooled via its large heat sink, but external airflow is recommended for enclosed environments.
What is the "REF+" terminal? This provides a reference voltage (typically 5V) to power an external speed-control potentiometer.
Can I use this for a stepper motor? No, this is specifically for Brushless DC (BLDC) motors only.
What does the "ACC/DEC" knob do? It adjusts the Acceleration and Deceleration time to prevent sudden mechanical shocks to your system.
What gauge wire should I use for power? Due to the high current (up to 15A+), at least 14 AWG or thicker wire is recommended for the DC+ and DC- terminals.
