This is the simplest liquid-level sensor that you will find. It is a switch that opens/closes depending on the liquid level in a tank. It is manufactured in stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure long operational life. Commonly used in Industrial and Commercial applications along with a controller.

The sensors use a float and a management reed switch. When the float moves up with the liquid, the output closes. The output can be connected to a microcontroller, PLC, or Controller to read the liquid level status. It can also drive a load(like a pump, indicator light, etc) through a suitable contactor.

The sensor can be mounted either at the top or the bottom of the tank, depending on the required application. When mounted on the top, it can be used to monitor the tank's full status. When mounted at the bottom, the sensor can detect an empty tank condition.

The simple operation and working ensure the sensor can measure the tank liquid status continuously over a long period of time in harsh environments.
