PB-A17 Ultrasonic Level Sensor 25cm - 1000cm Range UART Module Waterproof IP67

These Ultrasonic sensors work in a similar way to radar and sonar systems. They do not require much electrical power to run, making them ideal for battery-powered applications. The sensor consists of two parts transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter emits high-frequency sound waves, and the receiver processes the echo that results from that signal bouncing back from an object. 

PB-A17 Series ultrasonic sensor module is designed with a reflective structure with a high-performance processor, and the probe adopts an anti-water process design, effectively reducing the problem of probe condensation and also adopting superior quality elements, providing reliable quality and a long life span. It has a 25cm blind area for detection and is specially designed for long-range distance target processing up to 1000cm with high accuracy. The sensor comes with a UART output with almost noise-free range readings by using a combination of real-time waveform feature analysis and noise suppression algorithms. It is the same performance even in the condition of many different acoustic or electrical noise sources. The A17 Series module is a strong ultrasonic sensor component, its transducer has corrosion-resistant protection. The sensor is built in compact and rugged nylon housing, which is matched with standard 3/4 inch PVC electrical pipe fittings and meets the IP67 waterproof standards. Best suitable for Sewer water level monitoring, Narrow beam angle level measuring, and Smart detecting system applications. 

The PB-A17 sensor has two Versions of the fixed bracket and without a fixed bracket version. Its default is without a fixed bracket, the bracket is an optional component.
