PB-U02 Ultrasonic Level Sensor 5cm - 100cm Range UART Module Fuel Tank Waterproof IP67

These Ultrasonic sensors work in a similar way to radar and sonar systems. They do not require much electrical power to run, making them ideal for battery-powered applications. The sensor consists of two parts transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter emits high-frequency sound waves, and the receiver processes the echo that results from that signal bouncing back from an object. 

PB-U02 Series ultrasonic sensor module is designed with a high-performance processor, and the sensor is built in a compact and rugged ABS plastic housing with internal circuit potting treatment which meets the IP67 waterproof standards. These sensor series breakthroughs the traditional opening and installation method where it can be installed externally without any changes to the container structure and achieve real-time non-contact liquid level monitoring in a closed container. It has a 5cm small blind area for short to long-distance detecting, and a 50mm to 1000mm measuring range, with UART output. The sensor needs to be attached to the bottom center of the container to detect its liquid level height or attached to the side wall of the container to detect whether there is liquid in the container at the monitoring point. Best suitable for Vehicle fuel tank level monitoring,  liquid level measurement in the storage tank, container water level monitoring, and filling liquid gas measurement applications.
