These Mosfet Control Driver module designs feature an optocoupler on the input, which biases the input from the output load voltage and is independent of the logic levels used for the drive signal.
D4184 Mosfet control Module features with optocoupler to provide electrical isolation between the high-powered MOSFET side and the logic signals used to control the module this will prevent damaging the MCU if something goes wrong in the load connections and also increases the rigidity of the interference. PWM speed regulation is widely used to control the start and stop of the motor. The signal input side can be soldered to the terminal or pin itself, compatible breadboard output can be soldered to the terminal or direct wire.
Widely used for switching applications requiring moderate to high currents of up to 15A at 40V. The circuit has an optocoupler on the input that separates the input from the output load voltage and is unaffected by the logic levels applied to the driving signal. It works well for basic ON/OFF operations like controlling a solenoid or PWM control like dimming an array of LEDs. Additionally, these modules may be connected in parallel to boost the power handling capacity.

Note: Add a fly-back diode if an inductive load is being controlled. This will overcome the possible damage from the back EMF generated when the load is switched off. Do not expect to run at the maximum currents of these MOSFETs with this minimal heat dissipation capability of the modules. However, it is possible to parallel these modules to increase the power handling capabilities or to use heat-sinking Technic.

Ordered a couple of times, Bad Experience. They charge premium delivery fee but delivery will not happen on time(every time). And the resopnce after sales on the issues such as delivery is slow and not friendly. If you can take the delivery at your own risk, and liesure you can order.
I would like to share a suggestion based on my recent experience. I am also running a private limited company and understand how important customer relationships are. One key area that needs attention is training employees on how to deal with customers professionally and respectfully. No business starts with bulk orders—every relationship begins small and grows with trust. I had some plans to collaborate when I visited your facility, but unfortunately, due to the way I was treated, I decided not to proceed with any future business plans. I believe this is not a reflection of the owner, but rather an issue with employee conduct. Proper training and customer handling can significantly improve business growth and reputation.
