This US211M quantitative flowmeter is a device used to measure the flow of a liquid and to control the amount of liquid to be dispensed by interfacing with a flow sensor and solenoid valves. Widely used in Petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, small and medium water machines, and other industries.
Turn any pump into a precision filling machine. The US211M is not just a display; it is a brain for your liquid systems. It connects to a standard flow sensor and a solenoid valve (sold separately) to create a fully automated "Batching System." You simply set the desired volume on the screen—say, "5.0 Litres"—and press Start. The controller opens the valve, counts the flow pulses, and shuts off the valve exactly when the target is reached. It’s the industrial standard for small-scale bottling, chemical dosing, and automatic tank filling.
Industrial Logic, Consumer Simplicity. This 24V Version is built for reliability. It features a clear, backlit LCD that shows Instant Flow Rate (LPM), Total Volume (L), and Temperature (requires optional NTC sensor). Unlike Arduino-based DIY solutions, the US211M is a finished, enclosed unit with rugged buttons and easy screw-terminal connections, making it ready for factory floors or damp environments.

Virtual Technician & Setup Guide
Power Supply: This unit requires 24V DC. Do not use 12V or 5V adapters, or the solenoid valve output may be too weak.
Calibration (K-Value): Every flow sensor is different. You must set the "K-Value" (Pulses per Liter) in the menu.
Tip: Run 1 Liter of water into a measuring jug. If the screen says 0.8L, increase the K-value. If it says 1.2L, decrease it.
Wiring:
Red/Black/Yellow: Connect to Flow Sensor.
Valve Terminal: Connect to your 24V Solenoid Valve.
Power Terminal: Connect to 24V DC Power Source.
Solenoid Type: Ensure your solenoid valve matches the input voltage (24V) and is "Normally Closed" (NC).
