  Metal is harder than plastic. Use metal tools only to slice adhesive or for initial heavy leverage. Switch to the included plastic tools as soon as a gap is created to prevent scratching.
• Are the plastic tools reusable?
  Yes, but they are designed as semi-consumables. If you use them on extremely tight clips, the soft plastic may deform this is intentional to save your device's casing from damage.
