Safe and efficient operation requires professional technical management due to the extreme radiant intensity produced by the 20-die matrix. This high-power COB generates significant heat and MUST be mounted on a large aluminum heat sink with an active cooling fan to prevent immediate thermal destruction. Because this is a Probots™ Logic-Safe component, we strictly recommend driving it with a dedicated constant current LED driver (600mA-700mA) in the 30-34V range. Always prioritize safety by wearing UV-rated goggles and avoiding all direct skin exposure while harnessing the high-intensity capabilities of the 405nm spectrum.

Is 405nm suitable for all resins? Yes, the vast majority of 3D printing resins are optimized for the 405nm wavelength.
Can I use a 12V power supply? Only if you use a Step-Up (Boost) Constant Current driver to reach the 30-34V range.
How many individual dies are inside? It contains 20 individual high-power dies in a specialized matrix.
Is it waterproof? No, keep the chip dry and protected from dust.
How hot does it get? Without a heatsink, it will exceed 100°C almost instantly.
Can it be dimmed? Yes, via PWM through a compatible CC driver.
What is the lifespan? 50,000 hours if the temperature is maintained below 60°C.
Why copper instead of aluminum? Copper has nearly double the thermal conductivity, which is essential at 20W.
