• Thermal Management: You MUST use a large aluminum heat sink with an active cooling fan. Without active cooling, the chip will reach critical failure temperature in less than 3 seconds.

2. Can I use a 12V power supply? Only if you use a Step-Up (Boost) Constant Current driver to reach the 30-34V range.

3. How many individual dies are inside? It contains 20 individual high-power dies in a specialized matrix.

4. Is it waterproof? No, keep the chip dry and protected from dust.

5. How hot does it get? Without a heatsink, it will exceed 100°C almost instantly.

6. Can it be dimmed? Yes, via PWM through a compatible CC driver.

7. What is the lifespan? 50,000 hours if the temperature is maintained below 60°C.

8. Why copper instead of aluminum? Copper has nearly double the thermal conductivity, which is essential at 20W.

9. Is it compatible with Arduino? Only with a high-voltage MOSFET or a dedicated driver module.

10. Does it come with a lens? No, this is the COB chip only.

11. Will this cure UV epoxy? Yes, most UV-curing epoxies react strongly to the 405nm spectrum.
