Once the items are opened or used we will be unable to sell them another customer hence Probots does not accept returns of these products.
Why we practice a strict refund, return & exchange policies?
We are unable to provide 100% product warranty, returns, replacement & exchange as the electronic products we sell are used in experimentation, R&D & manufacturing projects. Since customers are always using products innovatively, we will be unable to protect damage to the product from reverse polarity, incorrect supply, wrong usage, etc. When products are reported as defective, we are also unable to determine the cause of the problem as either a manufacturing defect or improper usage by the customer. In manufacturing, customers integrate our products with multiple other products in a single system and we will be unable to troubleshoot the cause of failure. Hence, to avoid confusions, and misunderstanding we offer strict refund, return and exchange policies.
What happens for product damaged in transit?
We use good packing techniques to ensure our customers receive products in good condition. In the ocassional case of a product getting damaged in transit, share pictures/videos of the package upon receipt and we will process your replacement, free of charge!
How to report Missing Items? -
Send us a video/photo of of the package as soon as you receive it (within 3 days of purchase or courier delivery date). We will the check stock at our end, your order packing videos and send you replacement if the product was not dispatched from our side.
How To Return An Item?
We do not provide any warranty on any of the products we sell but we can assure you that all products are tested for proper working before dispatch. We accept claims of defective products, damaged products only with 3 days of purchase or courier delivery date.
How long does processing returns take?
Processing returns may take upto 30 days irrespective of your shipping preference - standard, express, store pickup etc. We test the products to verify the claim and may also send the product back to the factory for service/repair before processing the claim. We will be unable to process any return on priority even if you have selected an express shipping option or store pickup.
How to test products without modifying them?
We understand that some of the products we sell may require soldering & connection to external systems to determine if they are working. To ensure they can be returned or exchanged, customers are to test the modules using test pins, jumper connections without modifying the boards (soldering connections, wires, making changes to hardware, etc). Products are to be tested in isolated conditions without connecting 3rd party sensors, controllers, systems, etc. You may contact us on [email protected] if you wish to test a product without modifying it and we will help you with the detailed test produces to follow. Once our products are used by soldering, or by powering with external controllers, sensors, etc we will be unable to provide any return, replacement or refund.
How can customers trust our products with no warranty, exchange, returns, and refunds?
What is the standard refund processing time?
We will need upto 14 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
If you wish to return any item back to us, your item must be in its original unused condition. If you wish to return an item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the product and we will help you return the product for replacement/repair.

Canceling An Order:
You can ask us (by Email only ) to cancel your order or update an address. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status βPendingβ or βPayment Verificationβ can be modified or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you wonβt be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.
